Smoothie Time!!!


Get Your Smoothies Going! As part of our features this week in getting ready for Summer, we thought it would be fun to get the Smoothies started. There are so many wonderful fresh fruits out right now that are perfect for a smoothie but when you are in pinch, the DOLE Fruit bags are your best friend!

Add the bag of fruit
One cup of flavored yogurt
One cup of soymilk or other related milk product
One cup of orange juice or apple juice -- depending on how sweet you like it
the secret to making it taste so yummy -- 1 tsp. of Vanilla
Wha La!!! You have perfectly refreshing Smoothie!
