Raspberry Honey Butter
The INN’S Raspberry Honey-Butter1 cup softened butter
½ cup honey
½ cup raspberry preserves
½ teaspoon vanilla
Whip softened butter until very light and fluffy. Use a whipping paddle if possible. Whip in honey. Whip in raspberry preserves, add vanilla. Keep refrigerated.
