Scrumptious Swiss Oats 'n Fruit


This has been a family Favorite for a long time and will accent any of your Easter Brunches just perfectly:
The Night Before, in a large bowl mix and refrigerate:
  • 3 Cups Dry Oats - quick or old fashioned is fine
  • 2 1/2 cups skim or soy milk
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
In the morning, add and gently mix together 6 cups of any of the following
  • sliced banana's, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, craisins, dried cherries, chopped apricots
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • top with vanilla yogurt (optional) --serves 8
